Product came with Zero direction. The product was protected with a layer of film to prevent scratching, but it is very difficult to remove and did not come with a remover. Save yourself through trouble and chose a different shelving system that is stainless steel. I got this to make my hot candles and soaps on but I can't even get it together to have a sturdy and safe enough table / work space.Packaging is well designed, it is light, not to heavy so easy to move around and pack. Needs better directions and film remover.
